About The Position
Skillforce is currently hiring reliable and motivated Construction Laborers for work in the Columbus area starting IMMEDIATELY. In this role, you will support a range of construction tasks to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of construction experience.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.
- Strong commitment to safety on the job.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites.
- Handle and transport materials and equipment.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to keep the work area organized.
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed across various tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Operate basic hand and power tools.
- Assist with tasks such as digging, mixing, and carrying materials.
