Responsibilities

• Delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
• Building rapport with customers.
• Displaying a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Helping customers with any questions they may have and directing them to another team member if unable to answer.
• Stocking product and maintaining displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilizing technology to complete activities and tasks.
• Collaborating with other team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.
