Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others.
  • Excellent people skills and concerted focus on superior customer service
  • Excellent computer Literacy
  • Ability to complete, and track work orders in multiple systems and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years' experience in USAF Vehicle Maintenance Control and Analysis

Responsibilities

  • Develop work orders and work ordering tracking, capture and input parts cost data, produce required reports and analyses for local review and submission to as required.
  • Assist in tracking, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting vehicle maintenance activities on government vehicles when primary is unavailable.
  • Prepares, verifies, and consolidates, files work orders related to Vehicle Maintenance.
  • File work orders in historical records.
  • Alternate in coordinating, monitoring, and inputting requirements into the USAF DPAS.
  • May be required to assist in preparing various documents in the form of spreadsheets, listings, and other computer products.
  • Ensures compliance with contract/IS09000 requirements.
  • Utilize various computer software.
  • Maybe required to work in CEMS
  • Provide one-on-one customer service with internal or external customers
  • May be required to work alternate shifts or in alternate work locations as prescribed by management needs.
  • Respond to a wide array of operational situations as they arise and as instructed by supervisory personnel.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Able to perform the duties of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Perform all other work-related duties as assigned.
