Programmed Cleaning Inc. services multi-tenant buildings, commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, and educational facilities just to name a few of our clientele. With over 60 years of cleaning experience, we have established ourselves as a dynamic regional contractor. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time General Cleaner. The position requires traveling between multiple buildings from Madison to the west side of Fitchburg. as these locations are not accessible by bus. After completing training, the cleaner will be responsible for independently maintaining an assigned route. Free on-site parking is available. This is a Part-Time position 2nd Shift , Monday-Friday, 5:00PM-9:00PM . Relocation is not provided

Requirements

Dependable and detail-oriented individual
Must be able to travel between multiple buildings from Madison to the west side of Fitchburg.
Must be comfortable working independently.

Nice To Haves

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Dust desks, cabinet tops, partitions, and other surfaces.
Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
Vacuum floors using upright and/or backpack vacuums.
Spot-clean carpets as needed.
Clean glass surfaces and windows.
Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other restroom areas.
Restock and maintain restroom supplies.
Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
Perform additional duties or work in assigned areas as directed by the customer or management.
Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and standards at all times.
