General Cleaner (Promega BTC)
About The Position
Programmed Cleaning Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Part-Time General Cleaner. This role involves traveling between multiple buildings from Madison to the west side of Fitchburg, as these locations are not accessible by bus. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Applicants must be able to read and understand English to follow laboratory signage, safety instructions, and other workplace requirements. After training, the cleaner will be responsible for independently maintaining an assigned route. Free on-site parking is available. This is a Part-Time position with a 2nd Shift schedule.

Nice To Haves
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Dust desks, cabinet tops, partitions, and other surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
- Vacuum floors using upright and/or backpack vacuums.
- Spot-clean carpets as needed.
- Clean glass surfaces and windows.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other restroom areas.
- Restock and maintain restroom supplies.
- Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
- Perform additional duties or work in assigned areas as directed by the customer or management.
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and standards at all times.
