About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for weekend daytime shifts in Duluth, MN. This role focuses on janitorial cleaning, primarily floor care using equipment like auto-scrubbers, and also involves dusting, waste removal, restroom cleaning and sanitizing, and surface cleaning. Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Comfortable using a small floor machine (auto-scrubber) and driving it into and out of the elevator between floors.
Responsibilities
- Performing janitorial cleaning, primarily floor care using an auto scrubber, dust mopping, broom sweeping, hand mopping, spot cleaning carpets, and vacuuming.
- Dusting, spot cleaning interior glass, and polishing stainless steel.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
- Other duties as assigned.
