About The Position

This position is for a daytime cleaner in Allentown, PA. The hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, though this is subject to change. The pay is $16 per hour, and the role is non-exempt. The position reports to the Regional Manager. Specific jobsite assignments may vary.

Requirements

• Complete necessary clearances to include background check and FBI fingerprints.
• Access to reliable source of transportation.
• Cleaning experience in some capacity.
• Availability during work hours.
• Willingness to work in changing jobsite assignments.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping to include, but is not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, surface sanitization, bathroom cleaning, etc.
• Report to onsite supervisor on a daily basis.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Keep supplies maintained and report when supplies are needed.
• Assist other areas and perform additional housekeeping duties when needed to fulfill client satisfaction.
• Maintain professional work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Performing strenuous physical tasks, operating cleaning equipment, and completing repetitive duties with attention to safety and quality.
• Standing/lifting for long periods, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 - 100 lbs., and frequent bending, kneeling or reaching.
