About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties and help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. The role contributes to the workplace’s appearance and sanitation and supports a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $17.50 per hour. A specific offer may vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. The role may suit someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
