About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a part-time General Cleaner for their Duluth, MN location. This role involves cleaning office spaces, cubicles, conference rooms, restrooms, and breakrooms in a building that can experience significant foot traffic. The position offers flexible start times in the evenings, specifically on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to speak English for safety reasons, and pass a pre-employment criminal background check. The ability to lift up to 30lbs is also required.

Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
