About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a part-time General Cleaner for a medical facility (blood donor site) in Blaine, MN. This role involves detailed cleaning tasks, including operating an I-Mop floor machine, waste removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, and surface cleaning. The position requires working late nights independently and lifting up to 30lbs. A pre-employment criminal background check is required, and candidates must be 18 years old and able to speak English for safety reasons.
Requirements

- Willing to use I-Mop floor machine to clean floors.
- Must be able to work late nights alone in the facility.
- Must be able to take out trash at the end of the night to the dumpster.

Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
