About The Position
Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for janitorial cleaning of an office building. This role involves cleaning offices, break rooms, restrooms, entrances, lobby areas, and hallways. The account utilizes a Tennant iMop floor machine for hard floor cleaning. This is a part-time position with specific shift requirements.
Requirements
- Applicant must be dependable and very detailed oriented.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
