Requirements

Must be 18 years old
Must be able to speak English
A pre-employment criminal background check is required
Able to lift up to 30lbs
As a condition of employment for this position, you are required to become a member of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 26. Union membership and dues authorization must be completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

Cleaning exam rooms
Cleaning public bathrooms
Running the auto scrubber
Sweeping and mopping two flights of stairs
Vacuuming the hallways
High dusting and low dusting in exam rooms, offices, and hallways
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors throughout the facility
Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
Dusting, wiping, and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and furniture
