About The Position

Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of excellence.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Vacuum, dust mop or sweep hard-surface floors, and wet mop hard-surface floors.
- Clean areas including restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
- Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors.
- Dust horizontal surfaces when they are left cleared, perform high dusting, and dust windowsills and blinds.
- Perform surgical cleaning in a medical facility.
- Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
- Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
- Report inventory and supplies to the supervisor.
- Report lost-and-found items to the supervisor or manager.
- Help keep storage closets clean and organized.
- Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
- Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Use time wisely and efficiently.
