About The Position

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner for part-time evening shifts in Minneapolis, MN. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas within a facility, including bathrooms, breakrooms, hallways, classrooms, and offices. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform physical tasks. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waste removal, surface cleaning, and restocking supplies. This is considered an essential job.

Requirements

Must be able to communicate professionally and friendly with our customer staff and their customers.
Must be reliable, communicate well, able to do a physical job with extreme attention to detail.
Must be 18 years old.
Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
