About The Position
A Lead’s primary purpose is to organize and guide the team in completing tasks in a timely and effective manner with quality. The Lead will also act as a contact for supervisors and managers to convey work requests to the team and will provide back to supervisors and managers feedback regarding team members’ performance. Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience directly related to the team.
- Experience in organizing and guiding teams preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization skills to give the team direction
- Proven ability to motivate others to achieve desired results
- Travel- Rarely, on average of 5% on a quarterly basis
- Environment- This position works in an operations environment with odors and/or dust and cleaning and/or laundry chemicals.
- This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
