Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Strong attention to detail
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass an extensive background check
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent work ethic and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Provide porter services by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of assigned facilities throughout the day.
Clean and restock restrooms.
Sweep, mop, scrub, steam clean, shampoo, and polish floors.
Clean windows, glass partitions, furniture, equipment, and other surfaces.
Perform specialty floor care, including stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing as needed.
Empty trash and maintain clean waste receptacles.
Prepare and use cleaning solutions according to company standards.
Use the company mobile app to clock in/out, complete checklists, and submit reports.
Monitor building safety and report maintenance or repair needs to the Site Supervisor.
Follow all DetailXPerts safety procedures, policies, and client requirements.
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
