About The Position

As our General Cardiologist Physician, you will become an integral part of one of the Sacramento region's premier cardiology divisions, situated in Carmichael, CA. This outstanding opportunity within a physician-led, multi-specialty group allows you to deliver high-quality, non-invasive cardiac care to a diverse patient population, supported by robust clinical infrastructure and collaborative subspecialists. Every day you will engage in comprehensive general cardiology practice, managing a wide range of cardiovascular conditions in a full-time capacity. You will collaborate closely with an experienced team of cardiologists, leveraging the readily available expertise of EP, Heart Failure, and Interventional subspecialists for referrals. Your responsibilities will include outpatient care and participation in a 1:4 call/hospital coverage rotation, supported by 24/7 hospitalist services, ensuring continuous, high-quality patient care. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Eligible or Board Certified, fellowship-trained General Cardiologist with a passion for exceptional patient care and a collaborative spirit. You should be committed to joining a dynamic, high-performing team and eager to pursue a shareholder track opportunity within a stable, reputable medical group.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
  • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA certification
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Fellowship-trained General Cardiologist
