About The Position

This is a general application for individuals who believe they can create significant value at Hedge, even if a specific role isn't currently advertised. Hedge is building the operating system for commercial insurance distribution. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founders, shape a role based on company needs, and contribute to a critical area of the business. The company values individuals who are resourceful, direct, and accountable, who can identify important work before it's formally defined, and articulate their vision clearly.

Responsibilities

Identify and propose a significant problem or area at Hedge to own.

Solve the 'cell-number challenge' by finding Luke's cell number and sending a concise text explaining a specific problem to solve at Hedge.
Work directly with the founders and shape a role around real company needs.
