Responsibilities

  • Managing customers and leading meetings in a way that meets their needs and strengthens our reputation
  • Using organizational systems to track tasks and hold yourself and others accountable
  • Strong technical writing, editing, and research skills
  • Partnering with subject-matter experts to understand and document projects and processes
  • Prioritizing work based on team feedback and your own read of what a project needs
