About The Position

This posting isn't tied to a single team or role. Solace is building a pipeline of exceptional 2027 graduates across engineering, product, design, data, operations, marketing, sales, and beyond to match them to the right opening as hiring needs evolve. New graduates will contribute to real work with real impact within their first weeks, not be relegated to busywork or endless onboarding. They will be challenged daily, expected to move fast, learn faster, and take ownership of their work. The role requires independent thinking, asking the right questions, and owning work from start to finish. Mistakes are expected and learning from them is key. The ideal candidate is scrappy, resourceful, eager to prove themselves, and driven to find answers. They are not afraid of ambiguity or hard problems and view feedback as fuel. This is an in-person role based in their Redwood City office, 3 days a week, with a start date of July 2027. Specific team, function, and start-date details will be confirmed once matched to an open role. This is an intense environment for those looking to stretch themselves, sharpen their edge, and do the best work of their lives alongside a team that cares deeply.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any field graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong fundamentals in their area of study, with evidence they can apply them to real problems.
• Projects, coursework, internships, research, leadership roles, or extracurriculars that show they can build, execute, and follow through.
• A hunger to learn and an ego small enough to admit when they don't know something.
• Grit: the ability to not give up when things get hard, to dig in, ask questions, and figure things out.
• Strong communication skills: ability to explain thinking, take feedback without defensiveness, and collaborate with people across different functions.
• Extreme bias toward action: preferring to produce something imperfect and iterate rather than wait for perfect.
• Must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contribute meaningful work in the first weeks, not busywork, but things that actually matter to the business.
• Learn the full lifecycle of their discipline, from early planning through execution and follow-through.
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end, being accountable for what they produce.
• Work directly with experienced teammates across functions including engineers, product managers, designers, analysts, and more, driving their own work forward with mentorship.
• Dig into unglamorous but essential work such as cleaning up processes, fixing what's broken, and improving systems.
• Move fast and iterate, favoring shipping and learning over waiting for perfect.
• Participate in reviews, planning sessions, and team discussions.
