About The Position

This role is responsible for helping to manage and maintain a clean and safe environment to work and shop. It involves effective communication with team members and supervisors to build and maintain morale, and a thorough knowledge of company policies, programs, and procedures. The position promotes a harassment-free work and shopping environment and requires immediate reporting of any potential harmful situations. The employee will continually strive to build knowledge and skills, both personally and within the department, and will be responsible for proper product handling, case cutting, price marking, rotation, facing, and display of merchandise. Following through and achieving all company policies, programs, and directives is essential. The role requires being a team player, able to perform jobs and tasks asked by others, and maintaining quality standards within the department and store. Assisting guests to improve their shopping experience and completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner are key. The position also involves assisting in training and overall operations within the department.

Requirements

Minimum Age: 18 years or older
Ability to write, speak, hear and/or understand the spoken word in order to respond promptly to team members and guests’ needs.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.
