About The Position

A physician-owned private practice in Lancaster, CA is hiring full-time general anesthesiologists. Compensation starts at $650,000+ with a $200,000 sign-on bonus paid over four years, six weeks of vacation, and immediate partnership in a stable K-1 group. New graduates are welcome. No cardiac experience is required. You will join an established physician-only anesthesia group covering a Level II trauma center with a full acute-care service line. The group has practiced in the community for more than 20 years, holds an exclusive hospital contract, and is expanding as partners retire and services grow. Physicians do their own cases; there is no CRNA or CAA medical direction.

Requirements

• MD or DO with completed anesthesiology residency
• Board certified or board eligible in anesthesiology
• California medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current ACLS

Responsibilities

• General anesthesia
• Neuroanesthesia
• Orthopedic anesthesia and regional anesthesia
• Obstetric anesthesia (high-volume OB service)
• Trauma anesthesia at a Level II trauma center
• Urology and NORA (GI, outpatient specialties, cath lab, radiology)
• Thoracic and major vascular cases as needed
