About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a General and Automobile Liability Claims Program Manager for an upcoming project opportunity. This role involves Third Party Administration of Claims Service for General and Automobile and PR. The program manager will lead claims operations, service levels, staffing, escalation, reporting, and buyer coordination. Responsibilities include reviewing role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadlines, and client requirements. The role requires providing role-specific materials such as resumes, cover letters, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability, and coordinating with FuntoNetwork on assigned consultant roles and related technical work. Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support for quality control, status updates, and readiness are also key.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
