The team is responsible for deploying advanced systems that utilize generative artificial intelligence to optimize business processes. The team oversees governance and control measures to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. The team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and providing education on AI technologies to other departments within the company. We are seeking an innovative change management professional to join our Strategy and Transformation team. As a key driver of our awareness and education programs, you will play a crucial role in promoting AI literacy across the Firm. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee program milestones, and contribute to the growth of AI understanding and adoption. This role partners closely with GenAI governance, Risk, HR, and Technology to ensure alignment between policy, solutions, and employee behavior.
