About The Position
As the GenAI Finance Ops Expert, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the adoption of Generative AI within Betclic's Finance organization. This position operates at the intersection of Finance, Technology, Data, and Change Management. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing AI-powered solutions to revolutionize Finance team operations, identifying high-impact opportunities, redesigning Finance processes, deploying AI assistants and intelligent workflows, and fostering innovative work practices. You will collaborate with Finance leaders, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to build a more efficient, scalable, and AI-enabled Finance department.
Requirements
- Around 10 years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, FP&A, Controlling, Audit, Consulting, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, operating models, and corporate Finance functions.
- Experience working on Data, Analytics, Automation, Digital Transformation, or AI-related projects.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and enjoyment in experimenting with innovative solutions.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills capable of driving change and engaging diverse audiences.
- Enjoyment in building knowledge-sharing communities and enabling teams through coaching and training.
- Fluent in English and thriving in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the future-state Finance operating model by redesigning Finance functions (FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, P2P, Consolidation, etc.) to fully leverage Generative AI capabilities.
- Accelerate AI adoption across the Group Finance organization and establish a culture of AI-driven continuous improvement.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize GenAI opportunities across all corporate finance processes.
- Drive the Finance AI roadmap aligned with Finance leadership priorities.
- Lead the delivery of GenAI-powered Finance applications, acting as product owner and project manager and leveraging modern AI development tools.
- Support Finance teams in moving from manual activities toward augmented and autonomous processes.
- Shadow and review existing processes within all finance teams and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Implement workflow automation solutions leveraging GenAI technologies.
- Partner with Data, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver solutions.
- Own the GenAI Finance knowledge management framework, ensuring AI assets, prompts, documentation, standards, and best practices are maintained, shared, and continuously improved across the Finance organization.
- Lead AI adoption initiatives across Finance teams.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Promote best practices in prompting, AI-assisted analysis, and productivity.
- Coordinate enablement and change management strategy with the support of the GenAI Program central team.
- Track adoption, team onboarding, and value creation KPIs.
