About The Position

We are looking for a GenAI Architect with strong finance domain expertise to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions for financial systems and data workflows. This role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, Python development and scalable system architecture, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with finance and engineering teams.

Requirements

Strong experience in Python development (5-10 years)
Hands-on experience in AI / ML / GenAI (2-5 years, applied in real projects)
Experience designing and implementing LLM-based solutions
Proven experience in system architecture and technical leadership
Strong understanding of data pipelines and model integration
Experience in Finance domain (banking, fintech, accounting, financial analytics, or enterprise finance systems)
Understanding of financial data, reporting, or compliance workflows

Nice To Haves

Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
NLP, document processing, or conversational AI systems
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments

Responsibilities

Architect and lead development of GenAI solutions for finance-related use cases (reporting, automation, document intelligence, analytics)
Design and implement LLM-based applications using Python
Define system architecture including data pipelines, APIs and model integrations
Work with financial datasets (structured and unstructured)
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
Ensure scalability, reliability and security of AI systems
Provide technical leadership, design reviews and mentorship
