About The Position

Glint Tech Solutions, a women-owned global IT staffing and recruiting firm, is partnering with a leading enterprise client to hire a Gen AI Engineer. The engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models, Knowledge Graphs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents to deliver contextual, reasoning-driven responses at scale. The role works closely with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Recent graduates are welcome to apply if they have strong academic or project experience in these areas.

Requirements

• Spoken fluency in Mandarin and professional English communication.
• Hands-on Python experience, which may be academic, project-based, or professional.
• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with Neo4j and Knowledge Graphs.
• Experience with vector databases.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and NLP.
• Understanding of Generative AI architectures.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on cloud deployment experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents.
• Integrate Knowledge Graphs with LLMs to enhance reasoning and contextual responses.
• Develop vector search and semantic retrieval solutions.
• Optimize prompts and model performance.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and teams.
