The Gelato Maker produces delicious gelato according to Eataly’s authentic Italian recipes. Reports to the CDC of Pastry and Regional Pastry Chef. Produces gelato according to the daily production schedule. Ensures product meets quality standards established by the Regional Pastry Chef and CDC. Follows recipes and complies with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures, and health and safety regulations. Washes and cleans all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for production. Maintains a sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety standards. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
