The Sr GCC Tech Analyst has achieved technical proficiency and knowledge of electronic trading systems. The analyst is expected to demonstrate strong customer service, sound verbal, written, and analytical skills, be proactive and self-motivated, possess excellent teamwork qualities, and be flexible within their role as the needs of CME Group change due to new technology. Responsibilities will include fielding customer inquiries related to Globex functionality, market events, connectivity, business technology, and product schedules; conducting architectural discussions regarding current and future states of Globex or other trading systems; performing technical investigations for clients, articulating complex problems and solutions; developing ad-hoc queries and performing complex data analysis; and supporting deployments, including bug fixes and new functionality, which may require weekend or after-hours support.
