About The Position

The GBM Finance & Strategy Analyst – M&A supports the Mergers and Acquisitions business by collecting and analyzing highly confidential management information. The role works closely with investment banking teams and the broader GBM Finance & Strategy team, and assists with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

• Finance or Accounting degree.
• Knowledge of Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain confidential information daily.
• Review profit and loss (P&L) and pipeline information, driving weekly reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between M&A Finance, investment bankers, and other divisions.
• Assist with weekly and ad-hoc reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and planning for Business Unit Reviews.
• Handle ad-hoc requests.
