  • Ability to read and write in English

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, prospects, and visitors making them feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
  • Observes conduct of guests as related to pool rules and regulations and reports specific violations to management.
  • Routinely monitors all mechanical equipment related to the pool’s operation and advises the maintenance department of chemical and other needed repairs.
  • Regularly check the levels of chemicals in the pool; maintains chemical log; (Employees under the age of 18 are NOT permitted to handle pool chemicals.)
  • Cleans and disinfects bathrooms and shower areas.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Move and arrange pool furniture.
  • Collect and inventory pool related equipment, towels, etc.
