Requirements

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Visual ability to read VINs and inspect vehicles

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in security, logistics, automotive, or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

Monitor and control all auction vehicle traffic entering and exiting the auction lot
Verify vehicle documentation
Accurately log incoming and outgoing vehicles using internal systems or logs
Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage and note discrepancies
Ensure only authorized personnel and customers access the facility
Provide directions and basic assistance to customers, transport drivers, and staff
Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding vehicle movement and issues
Maintain gate area organization, cleanliness and safety standards
Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations to management
Follow all company policies and procedures related to security and operations
Perform additional duties as assigned.
