About The Position
The Gate Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, managing incoming calls, and ensuring smooth and timely gate traffic. This role involves monitoring gate transactions, including cash, credit card, and special billing.

Responsibilities
- Provide a constant flow with guests and ensures proper customer service being provided.
- Answers all incoming calls, assists callers with requests for information, and takes messages when needed.
- Assures that gate traffic flows smoothly and timely.
- Monitors the assigned gate bank and all cash, credit card, and special billing transactions.
