About The Position
River Run Park is a premier baseball/softball facility that offers a top-notch experience for players, coaches, and fans alike. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Gate Attendants. As a Gate Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of all visitors at our events.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment (weather conditions may vary)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of the facility layout and events (training provided)
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in event staffing, customer service, or security is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet and Thank All Customers
- Sell Tickets
- Ability to Take Card Payment through Square
- Communicate with Operations Managers and Directors
