About The Position

Provide friendly, professional, and personable customer service. Gate personnel will remain alert at all times, ensure that all vehicles entering the property are identified as residents or bonafide guests or vendors. Assist residents in emergency situations. Keep a log of all activities and provide the same daily to the Community Association Manager. Notify residents when guests arrive, issue guest parking passes, with dates and unit number clearly identified. Work as a team with the Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance Team, Gate Supervisor, etc. Safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with RPM’s internal procedures and policies as well as all related employee handbooks and training/safety manuals. This is a summary of the requirements, essential functions, and duties of the position. Other duties may be assigned, when necessary, by the Board of Directors, Property Manager, or Gate Supervisor.
