About The Position

The Gate Attendant will monitor property, visitors and vendors.

Requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to read and write in order to communicate and give verbal instructions.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Must have computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma (or GED)

Responsibilities

  • Greets all entrants in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Escalates any issues, questions or concerns to the Manager of Human Resources and/or Operations Manager depending on the issue.
  • Records time, date of arrivals on a daily log. At the end of the day the checkpoint log is typed and sent to the Operations Manager, Manager of Human Resources and Payroll.
  • Works harmoniously with other employees.
  • Ensure the Gate Office is maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
  • All other duties as assigned.
