Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Disciplined to stay off personal phone.
- Able to walk extended periods of time.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license/reliable transportation.
- Able to pass Iowa Department of Public Safety/FBI Background check from age of 18 to current.
- Able to pass company motor vehicle records check.
- Able to pass pre-employment 4-panel drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access at the gate.
- Interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Remain calm in non-emergency and emergency situations.
- Be detail oriented and aware of surroundings at all times.
- Cover vacant shifts (Overtime).
- Use a tablet and its functions for job-related tasks.
- Be reliable; excessive absenteeism will not be tolerated.
