About The Position

Nuvance Health has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Gastroenterology Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Poughkeepsie, New York. This role is part of the exciting growth of the Digestive Health Institute at Nuvance Health within the Nuvance Health Medical Practice Gastroenterology Department. The position involves patient care in both outpatient office and hospital settings, with a Monday-Friday workday schedule and no call responsibility. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of experience in Internal Medicine and/or Gastroenterology. This is an employed position offering a comprehensive benefits package, along with allowances for CMEs and Dues. Requirements

Bachelor Degree and graduate of an approved Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) school.
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
New York State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
Federal DEA.
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
