Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Successful completion of competency based orientation program
- Healthcare experience
- License Practical Nursing (LPN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association 90 Days required or Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Red Cross 90 Days required
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the RN / Mid-level Provider / Physician and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
