About The Position

Park Nicollet is looking to hire LPNs, Medical Assistants and EMTs to join their team as a Partner for Good, helping to make an impact on the care and experience that patients and their families receive every day. The role involves utilizing broad-based skills in basic patient care, ancillary services, and business office practices, providing assistance to providers in accordance with PNHS standards and policies. HealthPartners, the parent organization, is a nonprofit, integrated health care organization that provides health insurance in six states and high-quality care at over 90 locations, including hospitals and clinics in Minnesota and Wisconsin. They also integrate research and education through HealthPartners Institute, training medical professionals and conducting innovative research. Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Must maintain a current state license of practical nursing
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained (On-line BLS certification is not acceptable)
  • Medical Assistant (MA): Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by “The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES)
  • Medical Assistant (MA): Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained (On-line BLS certification is not acceptable)
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): Must meet one of the following: Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experience
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): Must meet one of the following: Graduate of an accredited EMT program and current Minnesota EMT License
