About The Position

This role involves working in a Gastroenterology Lab, requiring a strong understanding of GI procedures and the ability to work effectively within a clinical team. The position has specific schedule, call, holiday, and location requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Current BLS certification required.
• GTS (Gastroenterology Technician Specialist) certification required.
• Strong knowledge of GI and pulmonary procedures.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a clinical team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the assignment location.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an inpatient and/or outpatient GI lab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to Gastroenterology procedures.
• Work independently and effectively as part of a clinical team.
• Handle intermittent weeknight and weekend call.
• Be available to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
