About The Position
Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a collaborative team of 11 Gastroenterologists and 7 Nurse Practitioners in Salem and Danvers, Massachusetts. Salem Hospital will serve as the primary site for inpatient consultative work and endoscopy services. This role offers an innovative, team-based approach to medicine, providing high-quality care to patients across the North Shore. The position is located in Salem, MA, a vibrant community 25 miles north of Boston, known for its coastal charm, rich history, and thriving downtown. It offers a family-friendly suburban lifestyle with excellent schools and easy access to outdoor recreation, blending urban convenience with small-town charm and coastal living.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist
- Experience or recent graduate welcome
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive gastroenterology services, including inpatient consultative care and endoscopy procedures at Salem Hospital.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Leverage innovative practice models, such as telehealth, to enhance patient experience and streamline care.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of services through communication, leadership, and innovation.
- Select outpatients are scoped at MGB Danvers.
