About The Position

Well-established private single specialty group seeks to replace a retiring physician. The role involves working alongside 3 other Gastroenterologists, 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nurses, and loyal office staff. Responsibilities include managing a wide scope of general Gastroenterology cases. The endoscopy center is equipped with 3 procedure rooms and state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring quick turnover between cases. The hospital serves over 250,000 residents and offers comprehensive services including a 24-hour ER, surgical services, a birthing center, ICU, Cancer Center, and the latest in diagnostic imaging. The location provides easy access to Rochester and nearby communities.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• MD or DO degree
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York

Nice To Haves

• ERCP experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide scope of general GI cases
• Perform procedures in an endoscopy center with 3 procedure rooms
