About The Position

Join a longstanding and respected Gastro Health practice serving the Lima community for nearly five decades. Our Care Center includes 5 physicians, with a 6th joining in July of 2026, and 7 Advanced Practice Providers, supported by an excellent clinical and administrative team with immediate input into practice operations. Physicians enjoy a 1:6 shared call schedule, on-site endoscopy and infusion suites, and a genuinely collaborative environment that prioritizes quality of life and clinical independence. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates (including J-1 and H-1B).

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist.
• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology fellowship program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to quality of life and clinical independence.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional medical care and an outstanding patient experience in digestive and liver health.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, APPs, nutritionists, technicians, and support staff.
• Participate in a 1:6 shared call schedule.
• Utilize on-site endoscopy and infusion suites.
• Contribute to practice operations and clinical independence.
