About The Position

Responsible for the daily operation of the gas station. The role includes performing opening and closing procedures, monitoring and maintaining equipment, assisting members with gas station transactions and payments, and complying with safety, environmental, and security standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and promptly assist members.
• Protect people, property, and the environment while assisting members with gas station transactions.
• Monitor gas station sales transactions and handle cash transactions when applicable.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Monitor gas station reporting, ensure reports are generated, and complete checklist procedures.
• Document and address identified issues.
• Accurately perform all opening and closing procedures.
• Regularly monitor and maintain gas station equipment.
• Oversee fuel deliveries and perform required preparation procedures.
• Follow the gas station’s safety, environmental, and security standards and inform management and the help desk when alarms are present.
• Perform cash drawer procedures, including cash deposits, verification, documentation, and control procedures.
• Conduct daily competitive price surveys and ensure posted gas prices and club signage match prices in the POS system.
• Follow spill bucket and spilled-material procedures, including immediate response and cleanup.
• Log visitors and verify proper identification before allowing anyone into the kiosk area.
• Notify the corporate office of non-routine maintenance vendor visits, including visits by weights-and-measures personnel, inspectors, and state employees.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Carry out assigned job functions, support club policies and compliance, act with honesty and integrity, help maintain a safe and positive environment, collaborate respectfully, and contribute to team goals.
• Deliver service excellence, address member concerns, and uphold daily GOLD Member Standards.
• Work with the team to maintain GOLD club standards, including stocking items, executing promotions, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Understand how to access and read department production or financial performance reports and how consistent execution affects the business.
