About The Position

Help keep store operations running smoothly by joining our Meijer Team as a Gas Station Team Member! Where Accuracy Meets Customer Care. Join the Heart of the Store. As a Gas Station Team Member, you will deliver friendly, efficient checkout service while greeting and assisting customers. Stock and maintain merchandise, prepare coffee and fresh food stations, and keep the store and pump area clean and organized. Provide exceptional service through strong product knowledge and a welcoming attitude.

Requirements

• Adequate knowledge of computer systems and comfortable using them.
• Process driven and ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50lb boxes.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling product.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the operation of a fork lift and pallet jack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of products, including food.
• Pull back stock and trash to the back room to the correct areas.
• Work with management to ensure correct areas are stocked in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor with customers.
• Work night shifts.
