Requirements

Customer service or retail experience preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using point-of-sale systems and learning new technology.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, friendly service to customers at the fuel station and convenience area.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment—including pumps, counters, and restrooms.
Restock snacks, beverages, and essential items to keep displays full and appealing.
Operate registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Monitor pumps, assist with customer questions, and report equipment issues promptly.
Verify identification for restricted items following all legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security protocols.
Support promotional displays and maintain accurate signage for products and fuel pricing.
Collaborate with leadership and team members to support smooth daily operations.
