About The Position

Blossman Gas is seeking a Gas Service Apprentice for its retail location in Lexington, NC. This is a growth opportunity for individuals seeking to build a career with a stable, customer-oriented, and growing company. The role involves installing propane tanks for residential and commercial customers, and installing, servicing, and maintaining gas comfort equipment such as water heaters, dryers, ranges/stoves, fireplaces, and generators. Apprentices will work alongside trained Service Technicians and follow a defined learning path from Apprentice to Master Technician levels. The position requires customer service skills, occasional on-call duty, and teamwork. Blossman Gas is the largest independent propane company in America with over 85 branch locations.

Requirements

Prior propane experience.
Prior appliance installation/repair experience.
Prior mechanical experience.
Customer service skills.
Ability to work locally in the Lexington, NC area.
Must be a contributing member of a team environment.
Must have a strong commitment to safety.
