About The Position

Endurance Lift Solutions is seeking an experienced precision valve manufacturing professional to support the development and scale-up of a growing gas lift product line. This position will focus on precision valve assembly, lapping, brazing, sealing surface preparation, pressure integrity, and manufacturing quality improvement across gas lift valve systems and related downhole flow-control equipment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with high-precision valve manufacturing, repair, and reliability-focused assembly practices within oilfield, flow-control, or pressure-containing equipment environments.

Requirements

  • Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company’s TRIR goals.
  • Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company’s environmental performance goals.
  • Complete, and actively participate in all of the company’s EHS training requirements
  • Experience in Management with a Manufacturing Focus
  • 2 years’ experience as project lead.
  • Requires the ability to work across cross-functional areas and collaborate and negotiate solutions.
  • Must be able to sit for extend periods of time; a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the office, pump shop, or warehouse, and to all allowable areas of a well site or other job sites.
  • Must be able to safely mount and dismount from the back of a truck, and bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at area.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned desk area.
  • Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10 key adding machine, PC computers, facsimile machine and photo copier.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace.
  • Must be able to simultaneously manage several objectives, and reassign priorities.
  • Must be able to tolerate changing priorities, and complete assignments despite frequent interruptions.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must be able to drive an automobile.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with precision valve manufacturing or repair
  • Background in brazing, lapping, or flow-control equipment assembly
  • Strong understanding of sealing surfaces and pressure integrity
  • Experience working with carbide materials and precision finishes preferred
  • Oilfield, flow-control, aerospace, or industrial valve experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship mindset
  • 2 years direct supervisory experience preferred.
  • Functional use of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Visio and Project preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precision lapping and sealing surface preparation
  • Support carbide brazing and precision assembly operations
  • Assist with pressure testing and leak validation procedures
  • Support manufacturing quality and process improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with engineering and manufacturing leadership on product reliability improvements
  • Assist in development of assembly procedures, fixtures, and best practices
  • Support teardown inspections and failure analysis activities
