About The Position

Saskatoon Co-op is seeking a Gas Bar Clerk to join their team. This position reports to the Gas Bar Manager and is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers on the pump island, maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the location, and operating the till system. The role also involves performing daily reconciliations and reports, managing merchandise (ordering, receiving, pricing, displaying), and adhering to company policies. Additionally, the clerk may be responsible for supervising and training staff under the Station Manager's direction, and performing opening and closing procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be strongly service oriented and capable of assisting and selling to customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Must be well organized, and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum of supervision.
Must have knowledge and experience in the merchandise handled by the department in order to operate efficiently and effectively in the department.
Applicant must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

To be familiar with and adhere to all Saskatoon Co-op Policies and Procedures.
Under the direction of the Station Manager, to supervise and train staff in the general operation of the location.
To perform opening and closing procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
